The Rice University Business Plan Competition is the world’s richest and largest graduate-level business plan competition. This is the 13th year for the competition. In that time, it has grown from nine teams competing for $10,000 in prize money in 2001, to 42 teams from around the world competing for more than $1.3 million in cash and prizes.

February 21, 2014 (Midnight CST): Deadline to submit Application, Executive Summary and Optional Video Pitch
March 10, 2013: RBPC announces 42 Teams to Compete
March 13, 2013 (5:00 pm CDT): Invited Teams to confirm participation; Withdrawal Deadline–last day to withdraw without penalty (see Rice website)
March 17, 2013 (5:00 pm CDT): Deadline to submit Written Business Plan and additional team materials online.
